Cancellation Policy
Full Refund Cancellations made 14 or more days before the charter date receive a full 100% refund.
50% Refund Cancellations made 7–13 days before the charter date receive a 50% refund.
Non-Refundable Cancellations made within 7 days of the charter date are non-refundable. A credit toward a future charter may be issued at Lux X's sole discretion.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing through your account portal or by emailing info@luxxcharters.com.
